1. Agreement

By accessing or using bigshootstech.com and any services provided by BigShoots Tech, a division of CyberDr3k Studios Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

BigShoots Tech provides IPTV software and service access through third-party content providers. We do not own, host, or distribute any video content. We provide the technical infrastructure to access IPTV services including account provisioning, credential management, and customer support.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

BigShoots IPTV is offered as an annual subscription at $80 CAD per year. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including both your BigShoots Tech login and your IPTV service credentials. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute your IPTV credentials or access to any third party. One subscription provides access for one concurrent connection unless otherwise specified.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. IPTV service availability depends on third-party providers and infrastructure outside our control. We are not liable for service interruptions, channel availability changes, or content modifications made by upstream providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

BigShoots Tech and CyberDr3k Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.
