Your personal information is used to:

Provide and manage your IPTV subscription, process payments and manage billing, provision and maintain your IPTV service credentials, communicate important account information (payment confirmations, service updates, expiry notices), and improve our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

Stripe for payment processing, Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage, and Xtream Codes for IPTV account provisioning. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. IPTV credentials are stored in Firestore with security rules that restrict access to the account owner and authorized administrators only. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion to allow for reactivation. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to access your personal information held by us, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for the collection and use of your information, and file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
